1. Agreement

By buying a plan, ticking the agreement box at checkout, or using Larptom, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not buy or use Larptom. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

2. What Larptom is

Larptom (including Shopliy Mobile, Shopliy Desktop and All Access) is an entertainment and design-mockup product. It shows simulated, user-entered numbers in a dashboard-style interface. It does not connect to any real store, process real orders, hold real money or show real earnings. Larptom is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Shopify or any other company or platform. All trademarks belong to their owners.

3. Our intent: no scams, no fraud

Larptom is made for entertainment, parody, content creation, design previews, education and personal use. We do not intend, support or allow Larptom to be used for scams, fraud or deception of any kind.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use Larptom, or any screenshot, recording or other content made with it, to:

• scam, defraud, deceive or mislead anyone;
• falsely claim real income, sales or business results to sell courses, coaching, mentorships, products, investments or "get rich" schemes;
• obtain money, loans, credit, investment, sponsorships, rentals or anything of value under false pretences;
• fake proof of payment, purchases, orders or transactions;
• impersonate any person, company or platform, or commit identity theft;
• break any law, including consumer protection, advertising and anti-fraud laws.

If you share content made with Larptom publicly, you are responsible for making clear that it is not real data where the law or a platform requires it.

5. Your responsibility

You alone are responsible for how you use Larptom and anything you create with it. Larptom accepts no liability for any loss, damage, claim or legal action caused by your use or misuse. You agree to indemnify and hold Larptom harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms.

6. Enforcement

If we believe you have broken these Terms, especially section 4, we may revoke your key and end your access immediately, without warning and without a refund. We may cooperate with law enforcement and share relevant information when legally required.

7. License keys

Each plan gives you one personal license key for the app you bought. Keys are for your own use only. Sharing, reselling, publishing or giving away a key may get it revoked without a refund.

8. Plans, payments and renewals

Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Lifetime is a one-time payment for access for as long as the product is offered. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

9. No refunds

Larptom is a digital product that is delivered instantly. All sales are final. See our Refund Policy for details.

10. No warranty

Larptom is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise it will be error-free or always available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

11. Changes

We may update the product, prices and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. The version you agreed to at checkout is recorded with your order.
