Larptom is a digital product. Your license key is delivered instantly after payment and gives immediate access. Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any plan (weekly, monthly, lifetime or All Access), including partly used periods.
Before checkout you must tick a box confirming you have read and agree to this policy and our Terms. That agreement is saved with your order. By completing the purchase, you agree that you lose any right to cancel or withdraw once the key is delivered, where the law allows this.
You can cancel a weekly or monthly plan at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Past payments are not refunded.
Keys revoked for breaking our Terms, for example using Larptom to scam, deceive or defraud anyone, or sharing a key, are not refunded.
If your key does not arrive or does not work, contact support and we will fix it or send a replacement. We do this instead of refunding.
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Opening a chargeback for a delivered product may lead to your key being revoked. We will provide proof of delivery and of your agreement to these terms to the payment provider.
