1. What we collect

• Order details: your email, the plan and app you bought, the price, payment dates and your license key.
• Terms agreement: the date and time you ticked the agreement box at checkout, and the version of the terms you agreed to.
• Approximate location: country and city from your browser or connection, used for basic visitor statistics.
• App settings: names, numbers and images you enter in the app are saved on your own device, not on our servers.

2. What we don't collect

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by our payment provider under its own privacy policy.

3. Why we use it

To deliver and check your license key, manage renewals, send order emails, give support, keep a record that you agreed to our Terms, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal duties.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only share it with services we need to run Larptom (payments, email and hosting), or with authorities when the law requires it or when we suspect fraud or misuse.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order and agreement records for as long as needed for your access, accounting, disputes and legal obligations.

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Some records, such as proof of purchase and terms agreement, may be kept where the law allows. Contact support to make a request.
